Garrison Confections is raising the (chocolate) bar on sweets, thanks to owner, chocolate lover and gourmet artisan, Andrew Shotts.
Shotts first launched his line of artisanal chocolate bonbons in New York City in 2001 and later moved his growing business to Providence, Rhode Island, where the company is currently located.
Garrison Chocolates makes an array of specialized goodies. Whether it's putting a twist on the classic peanut butter cup or peppermint patty, or making his signature Equinox collection, limited edition flavors based on the Lunar calendar every year, Shotts is always looking to push the envelope.
With a chocolate philosophy based on pleasing sophisticated tastes, Shotts has an ultra-seasonal approach to traditional chocolate making - using select seasonal ingredients and baking small batches by hand.
