Known for its fresh, organic food, the Restaurant De Kas is situated in was an old, abandoned municipal greenhouse on the outskirts of Amsterdam. De Kas means "greenhouse" in Dutch, which is fitting because the restaurant prides itself on growing much of its own produce.
